Platform: Refers to Avatarjar, the online marketplace.
Vendor/Seller: A user who creates and sells avatars or digital products on Avatarjar.
Buyer: A user who purchases avatars or digital products on Avatarjar.
Product: The digital avatars or products created by the seller.
Fees: Charges or commissions taken by Avatarjar for services rendered.

2. Vendor/Seller Conditions

2.1 Eligibility

  • Vendors must be registered users of Avatarjar and agree to the platform’s terms and conditions.
  • Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain their profile updated.

2.2 Product Listings

  • Vendors must provide truthful, clear, and comprehensive descriptions of their products, including any terms of use.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

2.3 Product Quality and Compliance

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the content and sale of their products.
  • Inappropriate content or products will be prohibited from being uploaded to the marketplace.

2.4 Delivery

  • Products must be delivered to buyers immediately upon purchase unless otherwise specified in the product description.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered in the correct format and is accessible to the buyer.

3. Buyer Conditions

3.1 Eligibility

  • Buyers must be registered users of Avatarjar and agree to the platform’s terms and conditions.
  • Buyers must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain their profile updated.

3.2 Purchasing

  • By purchasing a product, buyers agree to the product’s terms of use as provided by the vendor.
  • All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

3.3 Use of Products

  • Buyers may use the products only for the purpose as stated in the product’s terms of use.
  • Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the purchased product unless explicitly allowed by the vendor.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be issued for products that are not as described, are defective, or not delivered.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within [30] days of purchase to be considered.

4.2 Refund Process

  • Buyers are required to initially contact the vendor to address any concerns. Should the issue remain unresolved, a refund request may be submitted through Avatarjar’s support system, accompanied by a detailed description of the issue and any supporting evidence.
  • Avatarjar will review refund requests and may require additional information or evidence from both the buyer and the vendor.

4.3 Refund Decisions

  • Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Avatarjar based on the evidence provided and the terms of the product listing.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7-14] business days.

5. Fees

5.1 Commission Fees

  • Avatarjar charges a commission fee of 10% on each sale made by vendors on the platform.
  • The commission fee is automatically deducted from the sale amount before the balance is credited to the vendor’s account.

5.2 Payment Processing Fees

  • Avatarjar may charge additional fees for payment processing, which will be outlined during the transaction process.

5.3 Other Fees

  • Additional fees may apply for premium services, promotional activities, or advanced support. These fees will be clearly communicated to the vendor before they are incurred.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising between buyers and vendors regarding transactions should first be addressed directly between the parties.
  • If a resolution cannot be achieved, Avatarjar will step in to facilitate a fair and impartial mediation process.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Avatarjar is not liable for any losses or damages arising from transactions between buyers and vendors.
  • Avatarjar’s total liability for any claims related to the services provided is limited to the amount of fees paid to Avatarjar for the transaction in question.

8. Amendments

  • Avatarjar reserves the right to amend these General Purchasing Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the platform and will become effective immediately upon posting.
